The Ridglea Polices
The Ridglea meets or exceeds all public facility structural and service requirements as set forth in the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Alcohol Beverage Policy:
Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages.
Guests who appear to be younger than the age of thirty-five (35) shall be asked to show identification prior to being served alcoholic beverages. Acceptable forms of valid identification are: Driver's License, US Passport, US Passport Card, State Issued I.D. Card with photo and Military I.D. with Photo.
No alcohol may be brought into The Ridglea. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased inside the facility.
The Ridglea reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who appears to be impaired.
Guests must discard alcoholic beverages prior to exiting the building.
Management has the right to refuse service at any time. Alcohol sales can be terminated at the discretion of The Ridglea management.
Guests who are seeking access backstage and/or to events may do so only with proper credential. Guests found to be in these locations without proper credentials are subject to ejection and/or arrest.

The Ridglea offers a drop-off and pick-up area located in designated area. Limos, Shuttles, Cars, Ubers, Lyfts, Taxis, etc. are allowed to drop-off and pick-up in designated areas, but vehicles are not permitted to park there.
All guests entering The Ridglea are subject to visual inspection, bag inspection and/or metal detector screening by authorized security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and ensure the safety of all guests.
NO in and out for minors (under the age of 21). Minors 13 and under not admitted without parent, both minor and parent must possess ticket for admission into ticketed events.
For safety reasons, guests may be refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items including, but not limited to:
Alcoholic beverages/illegal drugs
Weapons of any kind
Parcels or packages
Any other items deemed dangerous and/or inappropriate.
Tickets for all public events at any of The Ridglea's three event spaces, The Theater, The Room & The Lounge, are sold exclusively through Ticket Fly.
